Anti-Spam Policy

Calima Workforce Solutions Pty Ltd ("Calima") sends business email from two domains that we own and operate:

  • calimagroup.com.au – our main company domain, used for client, worker and general correspondence.
  • calimapartners.com – used by our business development team to contact other businesses about labour hire and recruitment services.

This policy applies to all commercial email sent from either domain. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and, for recipients in New Zealand, the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.

Who we email

We only contact people in a business capacity, about services relevant to their role. We email a business contact when one of the following applies:

  • they have asked us for information, a quote or a crew;
  • they are an existing or past client, supplier or candidate; or
  • their work email address has been conspicuously published in connection with their role, and our message relates directly to that role.

We do not buy or rent email lists, and we do not use address-harvesting software or harvested address lists.

What every message includes

  • The real name of the person sending it, and Calima's name and contact details.
  • An accurate subject line and no misleading sender information.
  • A simple way to opt out.

How to unsubscribe

Reply to any message with "unsubscribe", or email info@calimagroup.com.au. You do not need to give a reason. We action opt-out requests within five business days, and we do not email that address again unless you ask us to.

Volume and sending practices

We send individually addressed messages in low daily volumes. Both domains are authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. We remove addresses that bounce and stop contacting people who do not want to hear from us.

Reporting a problem

If you believe you received a message from either domain that does not meet this policy, email info@calimagroup.com.au with the message attached or its headers included. We investigate every report and reply within five business days.
