Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any engagement of our services is governed by a separate services agreement executed between you and Calima. Pricing, availability and terms are confirmed in that agreement, not on this website.

We work hard to deliver, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome — including, without limitation, the availability of specific workers, placement or fill rates, response or mobilisation timeframes, or any visa, relocation or immigration result. Immigration outcomes are decided solely by the relevant government authority.
4. Labour-hire licensing
Calima holds labour-hire licences in the Australian states where they are required and we operate (Victoria, Queensland and South Australia). Some states and New Zealand do not operate a labour-hire licensing scheme.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calima is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Calima and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
