Global Network · Latin-American talent, worldwide

Latin-American professionals, placed where local law permits

Our talent network isn't defined by a border — it's defined by a community. We connect Latin-American professionals with roles around the world, coordinating with in-country partners and respecting local eligibility and quota rules in every market.

For employers anywhere seeking Latin-American talent, and for Latin-American professionals seeking roles abroad.

Why Calima

An advantage no agency can copy.

01

Community, not geography

The network reaches Latin-American talent wherever they already are.

02

Eligibility checked first

We confirm what's legally possible in each country before we promise anything.

03

Compliant by design

In-country partners carry the local employment and compliance.

Clear & compliant

The important details, up front.

How employment works

Calima coordinates sourcing and vetting. The in-country Employer-of-Record is the legal employer and contracts for employment — they manage local payroll, tax, benefits and statutory compliance. Your agreement with Calima is for coordination services.

About visas & immigration

Visa outcomes are decided solely by the relevant government authority. Calima and its partners coordinate and support the application process — we do not control or guarantee the result, timeframe, or any immigration outcome. Migration advice is provided only by appropriately registered migration agents or lawyers.

Local eligibility

Many countries cap the proportion of foreign workers an employer may engage. We assess eligibility country-by-country and tell you up front if a role can't be filled with international talent — we place people only where local law and quotas permit.

Let's talk about your talent need.

Tell us the roles, the location and the timeline. We'll tell you honestly what's possible and how we'd make it happen.
