Calima coordinates sourcing and vetting. The in-country Employer-of-Record is the legal employer and contracts for employment — they manage local payroll, tax, benefits and statutory compliance. Your agreement with Calima is for coordination services.

Local eligibility

Many countries cap the proportion of foreign workers an employer may engage. We assess eligibility country-by-country and tell you up front if a role can't be filled with international talent — we place people only where local law and quotas permit.
